Support Services
Our support services are available in a package to suit your individual requirements and budget. Ranging from basic telephone support for when you want someone on the other end of a telephone to talk you through that difficult task, or help you clear a paper jam in your printer, to remote access via the internet so we can see your desktop and guide you through your problem, then on to a fully managed pro-active support service where we constantly monitor your computers and servers, fix issues before they become problems, and keep your systems up-to-date with security patches, spam updates, and anti-virus updates.

Fully Managed Support Solutions
We will monitor your systems remotely, apply the latest security updates from Microsoft and other vendors to maintain the security and reliability of your systems. We will be on call when you have a problem and can also be on your premises in emergencies, if you have any project work, or there is just a lot of things to fix!

If you require continued IT expertise onsite, we can provide a fully qualified and experienced person to become, or add to, your IT department.

Pay-as-you-go support for small businesses with DASAssist Business
There is a yearly fee of £99.00 for telephone support and £149.00 for telephone and remote access support for this service, and it works like this.

You call us with an issue. If the resolution of this issue takes longer than 15 minutes (first 15 minutes included in the yearly fee) and up to one hour on the telephone we will charge you £50. If the resolution takes longer than 1 hour we will charge you £100 for as long as it takes to resolve. Just before 1 hour elapses, we will inform you that the cost of resolving this issue is about to increase. If you want to proceed we will continue to work on resolving the issue but if you decline, we will end the call without resolving the issue and you will not be able to call us again to carry on with the same issue at a later time and the £50 for the first hour will still be chargeable.

If you have an emergency and require one of our engineers onsite, this is charged at £250 for a half day and £475 for a full day.



Affordable computer support for sole-traders with DASAssist Solo
For this service there is a yearly fee of £79.00 for telephone support and £129.00 for telephone and remote access support, and it works like this.

You call us with an issue. If the resolution of this issue takes longer than 15 minutes (first 15 minutes included in the yearly fee) and up to one hour on the telephone we will charge you £35. If the resolution takes longer than 1 hour we will charge you £75 for as long as it takes to resolve. Just before 1 hour elapses, we will inform you that the cost of resolving this issue is about to increase. If you want to proceed we will continue to work on resolving the issue but if you decline, we will end the call without resolving the issue and you will not be able to call us again to carry on with the same issue at a later time and the £35 for the first hour will still be chargeable.

If you have an emergency and require one of our engineers onsite, this is charged at £50 per hour, depending on location.
