The wonder of the remote back up system that Data-Assurance offers is that it's an effortless process: you never see it happening and you don't have to do anything about it but you know that all your data is completely safe no matter what. Data-Assurance take care of everything: they back up your data remotely as and when you want them to, if there is an emergency and something needs to be restored or found they do that for you too. It means that no matter what happens to your site or computer network the information is untouchable. We've only had to use the restoration process a couple of times but we were glad to have the option there. It's a system that gives us peace of mind and complete data assurance. Data-Assurance - it's all in the name I guess!

I suppose like most people I thought that I was securing my essential data by “backing-up” to a separate hard drive in my office. Yes, it was better that nothing, however, when I realised just how critical the data is to my business I was very keen to try out your “remote back-up” service. I have to say with quite a lot of trepidation as these things often do not operate like it says on the tin!

Thankfully the DAS Remote Back-up allowed me to trial it for free and was extremely easy to use. The instructions are great and very easy to follow. So, for me DAS Remote Back-up is a success and I now know that my business critical information is safe and secure….encrypted and in a location that will allow me to restore that data if I have any difficulties.

Many thanks for the excellent service and guidance when I needed it to achieve a balance in what I am actually backing up and considering the importance of the data your service is really great value.
