Our annual fee is a highly competitive £99 which includes the first 15 minutes of calls and a low rate of £50 for the first hour after that. If your issue takes longer that one hour we charge a maximum rate of £100 to resolve the problem - irrespective of how long it takes.
On site emergency support is also available at £250 per half day and £475 per full day support.
