Our annual fee is a highly competitive £79 which includes the first 15 minutes of calls and a low rate of £35 for the first hour after that. If your issue takes longer that one hour we charge a maximum rate of £75 to resolve the problem - irrespective of how long it takes.
On site emergency support is also available at a low cost £50 per hour.
